During the summer season the Kvalitář Gallery will dedicate itself to a series of salon style concepts of expositions made up of a selection of artists represented by the gallery. Currently the gallery is presenting the forms of visual artists and authors on whom the gallery will focus on in the future. In the sphere of private galleries, the mediums of photography and sculpture have not been comprehensively examined. This represents an excellent opportunity to subject both of these disciplines to long term observation. Each of the exhibited authors represent an imaginary new horizon for the Kvalitář Gallery with great potential for future exhibitional activities.
New Horizons is a planetary probe whose primary purpose is to explore as yet uncharted areas of the solar system. The first significant milestone was the flight around Jupiter and its Galilean moons where the spacecraft was able to capture breathtaking photos. The spacecraft’s main goal was to photographically map the dwarf planet Pluto and its moon Charon. Until now, the idea that Pluto was a geologically dead planet was generally accepted. However, New Horizons has managed to show just the opposite.
